Our story

An independent Swiss platform for Real Estate private markets

In March 2026 we completed the spin-off of the Swiss and Liechtenstein activities we had previously run within the Yeldo Group. For us it was more than a corporate step: it was the start of an independent chapter, grounded in local roots and shaped by the people who manage the business day to day.

From our office in Lugano we serve investors across Switzerland and Liechtenstein, concentrating on what we know best: senior and mezzanine secured financing, Real Estate-backed structured solutions and selected equity club deals. Standing on our own lets us keep governance close to our markets and continuity intact for the investors, partners and counterparties who work with us.

We are proud of this step, and we intend to keep building Yeldo Suisse as a focused, independent platform for Real Estate private debt and selected Real Estate investments.
